Panic or Not. The Choice is Yours.

tenbearsEveryone is gearing up for Festival. We are running out of time rapidly and our household is several tents behind schedule. My beautiful house is still in pieces. Huge chunks of asbestos litter the landscape. Garden beds need building. My shower is a plastic bag and some cockroaches. I have no pants. Hysteria is setting in.
Tenbears springs into action.
Shopping takes more time than we often allow for, so to cut down on last minute salami buying I have, this very day, cunningly purchased a 5 kg tub of curing salts. All we have to do is add some meat and ingredients, put it all into sausage casing and then sit back with a few beers while microbes and bacteria do the work for us.
How easy is that?
And you all thought I was a hopeless dreamer whose actions never live up to his ambitions. Shame on you all for thinking that. Hang your heads in shame.

They have recently had the asbestos removed from their house.
The walls were temporarily lined with plastic to allow them to shower.
